Who is responsible

Dara Tosheva is the data controller for enquiries submitted through this site. For access, correction, deletion or any other data request, email daratosheva1@gmail.com.

What is collected

The enquiry form collects your brand name, email address, requested service, timeline, budget band, intended usage and message. It also uses a submission timestamp and honeypot field to reduce spam.

The enquiry endpoint temporarily uses the request IP address for rate limiting. That rate-limit entry expires after one minute and is not written to a database by this site.

Why it is used

The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope or quote, and protect the form from abuse. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and supports the legitimate interest in operating a secure enquiry channel.

Where it goes

Form data is sent through Resend to Dara’s email inbox. This site does not save enquiries in a database, and the application does not write form contents to server logs or error-tracking services.

Resend, the email provider and the website host process the limited data needed to deliver the message and operate the service under their own data-processing terms.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless they become part of an active client relationship or must be retained longer for legal, accounting or contractual reasons.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to relevant processing. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand anonymous usage and site performance. No form contents are included in analytics events, and the site uses no advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.
